Mission Statement

The team at LampLeader has years of combined experience in all areas of the housing industry.  Our experience is primarily in the mortgage banking area and includes sales and marketing, credit policy and administration, loan servicing, compliance, and mortgage operations.

We founded LampLeader with the idea of helping people who are in real or perceived trouble.  We want to help people discover options and solutions to fit their specific needs.  We are willing to help people in crisis regardless of their financial situation because we feel that is what is best for the industry in the long term.  Our main mission is to help people find careers that will satisfy their short term needs, and theri long term goals and aspirations.

With all of that expertise of over 100 years combined (no we are not that old), we hope that our compassion, and concern will rub off on to you.  We want you to have a more positive outlook on your situation because you can reach your goals faster.
